Is Hugbie free?
Daily care, your friend's story and everything you earn are free and stay free. Hugbie Plus is an optional subscription that adds more looks, far places, calm tools and memory books. The price, period and renewal terms are shown before you subscribe. See the Terms of Use.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no signup and no password. Your harbour is stored on your phone.
What happens if I change phones?
Your data lives on your device, so export a backup from Settings and restore it on the new phone. See how your data is handled.
Is Hugbie therapy?
No. Hugbie is a gentle companion, not therapy or a crisis service. If you are in a hard moment, the app points you to free helplines.
How do I delete my data?
Everything is on your device, so you can erase it from Settings or by removing the app. The steps are on the data deletion page.

No signup and no password. Your harbour, goals, notes and nights are stored on your phone.
We run no accounts or servers that hold your care history.
No ads and no tracking across other companies' apps. Only anonymous, EU-hosted app statistics.
